Happy Thanksgiving!

Real quick, just a few things I forgot. Ethan was up to 8 lb 1 oz at our visit yesterday. He started out at 8 lb 2 oz, was down to 7 lb 7 oz when we left the hospital and was up to 7 lb 10 oz at his first appointment. So he is definitely doing fine with weight gain(and he wants to eat all the time! Preview of the teenager years?). Yesterday was his actual due date, and I got wondering how much he would have weighed if he had waited... and I'm just glad he didn't! The funny thing about Ethan is that he isn't all that chubby... well, his face is, but his body isn't. My mom said my brother was the same way.
We are bummed about not getting to go to Loren's family's for Thanksgiving. We just don't dare risk it with Ethan being sick. I was really excited to go see everyone though and I know Loren was too. We thought of having Loren just go so he could see family, but I don't really want to be alone so he decided to stay. I'm going to run to Macey's this morning and get a few things to make. We won't do the whole works, but I'm thinking a small turkey, mashed potatoes, fruit salad, polly salad, and I want a yam. I may decide something else when I get there too.
We rearranged the bedroom yesterday so we can stay back there with Ethan and keep the temperature a little more regulated. I'm not sure I like it, but it's so small that it's just really hard to fit everything(ok, everything being about three things) in a way that looks good and is functional. At least right now it is functional.
Ok, enough for now. I need to get some more sleep if I can.
